Shipping Policy – El Relicario Western Wear

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been successfully authorized.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (Burbank, Illinois) will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping options during checkout:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (after order processing)

Third Day Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3 business days (after order processing)

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and are provided by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

During holidays, severe weather, high shipping volume, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

While we process and ship orders as quickly as possible, El Relicario Western Wear cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed to the carrier.

Carrier Responsibility

After your order has been shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for transportation and delivery.

Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary due to operational delays, weather conditions, or other unexpected events.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

El Relicario Western Wear is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever applicable.
